Six local advice organisations decided to use Freshdesk to co-ordinate their email advice service. How could users submit a form from BAM’s WordPress website and automatically have it create an advice ticket in Freshdesk? That’s where Zapier comes in – what else can it help you connect, automate and integrate, without having to learn to use complicated APIs?
